The Scene By Simon Rimmer & Mr. Miyagi’s are launching in Abu Dhabi alongside a brand new Cuban cocktail bar! Speeding its way just in time for the F1 Grand Prix in November.
They say all good things come in threes and that couldn’t be truer than with the opening of 3 extraordinary and diverse venues in YAS marina, Abu Dhabi. The Scene and Mr. Miyagi’s have already been recognized as award winning restaurants in Dubai and are now expanding their success and setting up camp in Abu Dhabi as well as introducing a brand-new Cuban cocktail bar, with the legendary Dinos Constantinides, Casa de Cuba.
UK celebrity chef Simon Rimmer is famously known for creating British classics with twists and truly gave that a platform at The Scene. Now he is adding more strings to the bow with The Scene YAS carrying across his favourite foundations of British gastro food based in Pier 7, as well as adding exciting new elements. Including the botanist garden that serves gin-based cocktails to perfect serve G&Ts with infusions, accompanied by live acoustic music, we’re sure grand prix guests will want to gear up here.
Everyone’s favourite Asian party boy, Mr. Miyagi, is taking the party scene to a new level in YAS marina and taking all your favourite nights down for a spin on the track. Including the infamous Lady’s & Boys night with live karaoke, cabaret shows and Thai bucket bars and Wok & Roll brunch with more games, entertainment & more to ‘wok up’ your week. The popularity of Miyagi’s Dubai shown through to its recognition from prestigious publications receiving multiple awards both for the phenomenal food and unbeatable entertainment will be replicated to the Abu Dhabi market.
In collaboration comes greatness with the introduction of Casa De Cuba. A Cuban cocktail bar like no other, with an exclusive cocktail menu created by legendary Dinos Constantinides, owner of the 25th best cocktail bar in the world ‘Lost & Found’. Dinos prides himself on affordable quality and this is shown through the completely unique cocktail menu that creates new Latin experiences for guests as well as affirming favourites that will make you want to come back time and time again. The concept behind the venue is simply to give the guest a quality authentic Cuban experience from décor, hosting floral patterns and raw material, to scent, coming from fresh flowers, to taste, from Dinos’ award winning cocktails, to sound, with live DJs & percussionists playing throughout the week – let Cuba take the wheel.
