The Springtime Festival is back at Yas Marina this year, bringing two packed days of celebrations on the 14th and 15th of April, 1pm to 6pm. Abu Dhabi’s much-loved entertainment destination will put a ‘spring’ in the weekend with a host of fun activities for familes at the annual celebration.
Yas Marina’s Springtime Festival is one of the most popular events in Abu Dhabi for families. A celebration of all things cute, fluffy and very chocolatey, this year’s line up of activities will not disapoint. Attendees will be able to enjoy a full day of themed entertainment, an array of deals on food and beverages and live music along the promenade.
Exclusively For Children
For AED 30 per child, families can enjoy unlimited access to Yas Marina’s springtime themed Game Stall Zone, Petting Farm, Pony Rides and Crafty Kids Corner.
Game Stall Zone
Play and collect egg-points that can later be redeemed for chocolate prizes, provided exclusively by Sugar Rush.
Petting Farm
Featuring a combination of farm animals and pets, children will be able to interact with spring chicks, ducklings, bunnies and more.
Pony Rides
Our gentle pony will take kids on a tour around the marina with the help of an experienced groom.
Crafty Kids Corner
Children can learn how to make some fun spring-themed arts and crafts to take home and show their friends.
Grown-up Fun
While the little ones play, parents can enjoy a host of activities more suitable to them.
Craft and Create Workshops
With support from creative local talents and shops in Abu Dhabi, a variety of workshops will be held throughout the weekend on a range of topics, including woodworking, painting, clay modelling and more. A full list of workshops will be available on the website with times and prices for each activity. Availability is limited so guests are advised to book upon arrival at Yas Marina.
To celebrate the blooming season, women and children can make headbands (AED 30) and wristbands (AED 15) using fresh flowers.
Pop-Up Market
Visitors can browse through the pop-up market and shop from over 40 UAE homegrown vendors selling a unique range of artisan products such as jewellery, clothing, art, and houseware.
Indulge with some decadent sweet treats such as exotic chocolates, submarines, popcorn, cotton candy, candied apples and sugar free treats at the Sugar Rush pop-up shop.
Food & Beverages
With seven licensed restaurants onsite, an ice-cream van and healthy bites food truck, visitors have plenty of dining options to choose from. Some special deals to take advantage of are:

Expect to be surrounded by spring colours, flowers, chocolates, music and other seasonal excitements! An information kiosk will be set up on the days of the event to assist the visitors and register them for the different activities upon arrival. General admission is free.
The Springtime Festival at Yas Marina is part of the ‘Spring into Yas’ Festival. Yas Island will be rolling out an extensive array of family-friendly events and entertaining activities from March 17 to April 29, 2017.
